WHEREAS, Engineer Kenneth Rene Ian Talag took up Bachelor in Science
major in AMT and Bachelor in Science major in AE;
WHEREAS, he took up Aeronautical Engineer Licensure Examination last
Nov. 3, 4, and 5 year 2010;
WHEREAS, his excellent performance as 1st placer in 2010
Aeronautical Engineer Licensure Examination has brought honors to all
Bauangeños and became a well spring of inspiration to Bauangeno youth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY
RESOLVED that
Draft Resolution No.11-01-288 Recognizing Engineer Kenneth Rene Ian Talag of
Bolo, Bauan, Batangsa as 1st placer 2010 Aeronautical Engineer
Licensure Examination be resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan Members, this
municipality.

CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT DR. ANACLETA P. VALDEZ, M.D., MHA,
FPSP AS CONSULTANT PATHOLOGY/LABORATORY MEDICINE IN BAUAN GENERAL
HOSPITAL FOR THE PERIOD
OF JANUARY 1, 2011 TO DECEMBER 31, 2011 IN CONSIDERATION OF AN HONORARIUM OF EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (P8,000.00) PER MONTH

WHEREAS, Dr. Anacleta P. Valdez has been annually rehired to fill the
position of Consultant Pathology/Laboratory Medicine in Bauan General Hospital
subsequently from 2008 to 2010;
WHEREAS, considering her expertise in the said field of medicine, the
urgent need to retain her services as Consultant Pathology/Laboratory Medicine
still exists;
WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions under Section 447, Paragraph
(1) (IX) of Article III of the Local Government Code of 1991, there exist such
urgent necessity to provide for such position of a qualified person not in
government service who fills up a temporary vacancy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to confirm the appointment of Dr.
Anacleta P. Valdez, M.D., MHA, FPSP as Consultant Pathology/Laboratory Medicine
in Bauan General Hospital for the period of January 1,
2011 to December 31, 2011 in consideration of an honorarium of eight thousand
pesos (P8,000.00) per month.

WHEREAS, the Department of Social Welfare and Development Office Region
IV-A send a letter to Honorable Ryanh M. Dolor, Municipal Mayor through Ms.
Nympha R. Quinico, MSWDO, dated January 18, 2011 regarding LVC;
WHEREAS, in view of the signing of Executive Order No. 967 on March 9,
2010 which directs all national government agencies to adopt the National
Household Targeting System for Poverty Reduction (NHTS-PR) as a mechanism in
identifying who and where the poor households who shall be recipients of social
protection programs nationwide are, can only be done through the creation of
Local Verification Committee at the city and municipal level;
WHEREAS, the LVC of this municipality shall be composed of the

resolution by the Municipal Council;
WHEREAS, relative thereto the undersigned formally request for the
passage/approval of a resolution regarding this matter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Draft Resolution No. 11-02-336,
approving the LVC be approved by the Sangguniang Bayan Members, this
municipality.

CONFERRING A PLAQUE OF RECOGNITION TO THE GUEST
SPEAKER OF BALIK-KASAYSAYAN 2011 IN THE
PERSON OF DR. RENATO M. DIMAYUGA, M.D.
(SPONSOR: HON. JULIAN C. CASAPAO)
WHEREAS, this council is cognizant of the aforetitled distinguished
guest who will come on Feb.26, 2011 to serve as the Guest Speaker during the
celebration of this Municipality’s Balik-Kasaysayan 2011;
WHEREAS, the said Guest Speaker in the person of Dr. Renato M. Dimayuga
who hails from Barangay Aplaya of this town is now the Chief of Hospital III,
Batangas Regional Hospital;
WHEREAS, Dr. Renato M. Dimayuga was known to be a bright student during
his elementary and high school days ranging from a salutatorian and a class
valedictorian of their class;
WHEREAS, Dr. Renato M. Dimayuga was not only a Doctor of Medicine but
also a Chemical Engineer;
WHEREAS, Dr. Renato M. Dimayuga’s excellent performance as Chief of
Hospital III, Batangas
Regional Hospital
has brought honors to all Bauanguenos and became a well spring of inspiration
to all;
WHEREAS, this Council and the people of Bauan will be honored to
receive a Guest Speaker of that caliber during the celebration of the
Balik-Kasaysayan 2011 on Feb. 26, 2011 and for such great honor, this Council
is one and united in conferring a plaque of recognition to Dr. Renato M.
Dimayuga, M.D.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by this august body to confer a
plaque of recognition to the Guest Speaker of Balik-Kasaysayan 2011 in the
person of Dr. Renato M. Dimayuga, M.D.
