APPROVING THE
AUTHORITY OF HONORABLE MUNICIPAL MAYOR RYANH M. DOLOR TO ENTER INTO A
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE DSWD NATIONAL, THIS MUNICIPALITY

WHEREAS,
MSWDO Officer Nympha R. Quinico informed the Municipal Mayor regarding the
Supplementary Feeding Program.
WHEREAS,
the “Supplementary Feeding Program” is the Provisions of food in addition to
the regular meals, to currently enrolled day care children as part of DSWD’s
contribution to the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) program of the
Government.
WHEREAS,
in order for us to adopt the Supplementary Feeding Program of the DSWD the
authority of the Honorable Mayor Ryanh M. Dolor must be approved.
WHEREAS,
relative thereto this author formally request for the passage/ approval of a
resolution regarding this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED that Draft Resolution No.
11-06-384, approving the authority of Honorable Municipal Mayor Ryanh M. Dolor
to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the DSWD National, this Municipality.

WHEREAS, Hon. Ryanh M. Dolor,
Municipal Mayor sent a letter request to
Hon. Juan M. Magboo, Presiding Officer Sangguniang Bayan and Vice Mayor through
Mr. Ferdinand M. Agena, SB Secretary dated June 23, 2011 about Draft Resolution No. 11-06-385.
WHEREAS, included in the Municipal
Annual Investment Plan is the provision for low cost housing to satisfy the
needs of the employees and constituents who cannot afford to own their house
and lots.
WHEREAS,
during the recent discussion of Hon. Ryanh M. Dolor, Municipal Mayor with
Honorable Jejomar C. Binay, Vice President of the Philippines and Chairman of
the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council, His Excellency promised
to help Bauan in a housing.
WHEREAS, after considering all the lots
of the municipality, it appears that the municipality has no lot suited for the
project, hence there is need to look for available private land which can be
purchased and used as site for the project.
WHEREAS, after negotiations with several land owners
ordered heirs, the municipality has identified persons willing to sell their
property in the amount to be determined by the provincial appraisal
committee on this matter.
WHEREAS, in connection therewith and
since Bauan is negotiating with the Development Bank of the Philippines DBP for
a loan to construct a new municipal building, a resolution authorizing the
Municipal Mayor to look for and negotiate with private entities for individuals
who are willing to provide the needed financing for the purchase of the land subject
of the negotiation, is an imperative necessity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY
RESOLVED, that Draft Resolution No. 11-06-385, be approved as it is hereby
approved authorizing Hon. Mayor Ryanh M.
Dolor, Municipal Mayor to look for and negotiate with private entities or individuals
willing to provide financing for the needed amounts to purchase the land for
low cost housing to satisfy the needs of local government employees and
constituents who cannot afford to own their house and lots; Further,
authorizing the Municipal Mayor as he is so authorized, to sign for the
municipality such notes, debentures as may be necessary documents to effect and
evidence such loan or indebtedness for this purpose.

Mr. Elmer C. Castor was the official photographer for some special occasions
like the wedding of actor Vandolph Quizon and the recent visit of President
Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III at AG&P, at San Roque, Bauan, Batangas;
WHEREAS,
Mr. Elmer C. Castor is the only Bauangueño to be the officer and Board Member
of the Wedding and Portrait Photographer of the Philippines as nationwide
organization;
WHEREAS,
his excellent performance as professional photographer has brought honors to
all Bauangueños and his endowment in the field of his profession in the said
influential organization has become a well spring of inspiration to all
Bauangueños;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Honorable Members of the
Sangguniang Bayan to recognize Mr. Elmer C. Castor, Fashion/Wedding
Photographer, the first and only multi-wedding Bauangueño photographer and

POBLACION II TO CONSTRUCT A PUBLIC TOILET AT THE BAUAN PUBLIC
PLAZA AND ALLOWING ITS
OFFICIALS TO MAINTAIN THE CLEANLINESS OF THE FACILITY

WHEREAS,
the officials of Barangay Poblacion II have manifested before this council via
Barangay Resolution Numbered 2011-003-014 their desire to construct a public
toilet in Bauan public plaza;
WHEREAS,
the said public toilet shall help solve the sanitary problems in the area and
shall cater to the needs of barangay people and all other guests attending
events in the said plaza who at the same time are bereft of options but to
attend to the call of nature;
WHEREAS,
this august body considering the request of Barangay Poblacion II and seeing
the wisdom behind the project , has arrived at a decision to pass this
resolution that grants the said barangay the permit to construct the
aforetitled public toilet;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Honorable Members of the
Sangguniang Bayan to allow Barangay Poblacion II in its ardent desire to
construct a public toilet in the public plaza of the Municipality of Bauan;
RESOLVED, FURTHER, by this august body to allow the barangay officials in putting up a
system that will maintain the cleanliness of the said facility.
