PLANS OF LOTS 15622, 15643, AND 15644, 15632, 15639 ALL SITUATED AT POBLACION
II AND LOTS 15702, 13627-13635 WHICH ARE SITUATED AT APLAYA TO LISTED OCCUPANTS
OF THE PROPERTY, THIS MUNICIPALITY

WHEREAS, Hon. Ryanh M. Dolor send a letter to Hon.
Juan M. Magboo, Presiding Officer of Sangguniang Bayan through Mr. Ferdinand M.
Agena, SB Secretary dated June 1, 2011, regarding Draft Resolution No.
11-06-380.
WHEREAS, subdivision plans of lots are situated at
Poblacion II and Aplaya;
WHEREAS, attached to the subdivision plans are the
lists of persons who presently occupying the subject properties;
WHEREAS, in view of the fact that the Municipality
are not deriving any income for the use of those lots and to give the occupants
a chance to acquire ownership of the same;
WHEREAS, relative thereto the undersigned
respectfully request that a resolution be passed and approved giving authority
to donate the subject lots to the listed occupants of the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED that Draft
Resolution No. 11-06-380 approving the authority of Honorable Municipal Mayor
Ryanh M. Dolor to donate subdivision plans of lots 15622, 15643, and 15644,
15632, 15639 all situated at Poblacion II and lots 15702, 13627-13635 which are
situated at Aplaya to listed occupants of the property, this Municipality.
RESOLVED IT FURTHER, that once the subject subdivision
lots have been donated to the donees therein, either leasing or selling of the
same subject lots is hereby prohibited by this authority of which any violation
of this provision shall mean forfeiture of the same subject donated lots to the
herein authority

THEIR SCHOOLS NEEDS IN THE INTEREST OF PUBLIC SERVICE, THIS MUNICIPALITY

WHEREAS, Hon. Ryanh M. Dolor, Municipal Mayor sent a
letter request to Hon. Juan M. Magboo, Presiding Officer Sangguniang Bayan,
Bauan, Batangas through Mr. Ferdinand M. Agena, SB Secretary dated July 18,
2011 about Draft Resolution No. 11-07-394;
WHEREAS, A meeting among principals/head teachers of
the different public schools in the Municipality of Bauan was held last July
12, 2011 to discuss various problems confronting their schools;
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Bauan through the
Executive Department headed by the Municipal Mayor Ryanh M. Dolor are exerting
his best effort to address different public schools concern and accommodate
other request to improve the delivery of educational services to our student
populace;
WHEREAS, attached herewith are the lists of the
priority projects requested by school heads of different schools for funding
purposes;
WHEREAS, relative thereto, the undersigned
respectfully request for the passage/ approval of a resolution regarding this
matter;
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED that Draft
Resolution No. 11-07-394, Authorizing Hon. Ryanh M. Dolor, Municipal Mayor to
negotiate with the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) with the use of
