WHEREAS, this council is fully aware of
the good intentions of Mr. Felipe D. Maramot to better serve the residents of
Locloc by constructing therein at his expense a new Barangay road;
WHEREAS, the said construction of road
shall be in exchange of the existing Barangay road being sandwiched by the lots
of Mr. Felipe D. Maramot and Mr. Fernando Flores representing the owner of the
other lot of which both lots are situated to the west of the existing road and
another lot owned also by Mr. Felipe D. Maramot situated to the east of the
said existing road;
WHEREAS, the said construction of
Barangay road has the blessing already of the Barangay council of Locloc as
manifested in the herein attached Kapasiyahan Blg. 07 which was passed and
approved by the said Sangguniang Barangay on January 29, 2012;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS
HEREBY RESOLVED, by this council to pass and approve this resolution allowing
Mr. Felipe D. Maramot to construct a Barangay road beside his lot as herein
mentioned in the title of this resolution.

WHEREAS, this council is cognizant of
the presence of distinguished guest during the celebration of this
Municipality’s Balik Kasaysayan on February 28, 2012;
WHEREAS, the valid guest speaker in the
person of Fr. Eleuterio C. Ramos who hails from Barangay Inicbulan of this town
is now the Parish Priest of Invencion de la Sta. Cruz Parish Alitagtag,
Batangas;
WHEREAS, Eleuterio C. Ramos was not
only a Parish Priest but also a licentiate in sacred Theology NTL in
Spirituality Boston Ma. U.S.A and STD Doctorate in Mariology- Dayton, Ohio,
U.S.A;
WHEREAS, Fr. Eleuterio C. Ramos
excellent performance as a Parish Priest and Spiritual Director and Professor
has brought honors to all Bauangueños and became a well spring of inspiration
to all;
WHEREAS, this council and the people of
Bauan will be honored to receive a Guest Speaker of that caliber during the
celebration of the Balik Kasaysayan 2012 on February 28, 2012 and for such
great honor, this council is one and united in conferring a plaque of
recognition to Fr. Eleuterio C. Ramos;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS
HEREBY RESOLVED that Draft
Resolution No. 12-02-495, conferring a plaque of recognition to the guest
speaker of Balik Kasaysayan 2012 in the person of Fr. Eleuterio C. Ramos be
approved by the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Bayan, this municipality.

RECLASSIFICATION OF LANDS OWNED BY THE ATLANTIC GULF
AND PACIFIC COMPANY OF MANILA INC., (AG&P) FROM AGRICULTURAL AND
BUILT-UP TO INDUSTRIAL USE WITH A TOTAL LAND AREA OF FORTY
SEVEN NINE HUNDRED THREE
SQUARE METERS (47,903 SQM)

and HON. NEIL P. VALDEZ)
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan had
approved the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) by way of Resolution No. 139
Series of 2002 on July 2, 2002;
WHEREAS, this council is fully aware
that any move by any concerned party to make use of lands for uses other than
what was stipulated in the CLUP shall require action by the Sangguniang Bayan
so that subject lands can be reclassified into other intended use;
WHEREAS, the attached certification by
the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator dated March 19, 2012 as to
the lands of AG&P that require action by this august body is proof of the
total land area of lots owned by AG&P that have been applied for
reclassification;
WHEREAS, this august body after having
diligently evaluated the merits of the
herein subject reclassification of lands owned by AG&P in
consideration also of the certification issued to the Sangguniang Bayan by the
MPDC resolves to pass the approval of the herein subject reclassification;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS
HEREBY RESOLVED by the Honorable
Members of the Sangguniang Bayan that reclassification Of lands owned by the

WHEREAS, this council is aware that
Plaza Recto has been under the constant watch and protection of the Sangguniang
Barangay of Poblacion II considering that it is situated in the said concerned
Barangay;
WHEREAS, this council is also aware of
the desire of Barangay Poblacion II to own and transfer the steel structure as
mentioned in the herein title to the Basketball court of the said Barangay if
in any case there will be development in Plaza Recto that will eventually
detach the herein subject steel structure;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS
HEREBY RESOLVED by this council to request the Honorable Mayor Ryanh M.
Dolor to donate or transfer to the Government of Barangay Poblacion II the
steel structure attached to the grounds of Plaza Recto, this municipality.
