Non-Working Holidays in the
entire town of Bauan,

WHEREAS, cognizant of the fact that the
dates aforetitled have been considered in the entire town of Bauan as very
special dates because of the famous Celebration of Sublian Festivals in the
streets of Bauan on May 2 and the Celebration of the Town Fiesta on May 3,
2012;
WHEREAS, a lot of activities during the
aforetitled dates will have been participated in by schools whether public or
private, commercial establishments and offices, industrial companies and many
other institutions;
WHEREAS, it is the concern of this
august body to look for the interest and welfare of the People of Bauan whether
natural or juridical including all the workers in the said institutions
including also our valued partners in the business sector who would like to
join and enjoy the revelry during the Sublian Festival and the Town Fiesta;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved by the Honorable
Members of the Sangguniang Bayan to pass a resolution declaring May 2 and 3,
2012 as Non-working Holidays in the entire town of Bauan,
Province of Batangas.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this
resolution be furnished all concerned schools, commercial and industrial
establishments, other interested institutions and all our valued partners in
the business industry.

WHEREAS, Hon. Ryanh M. Dolor, Municipal
Mayor thru in his letter dated November 3, 2011 inform COMNET Management
Corporation thru its Chairman Hon. Benedicto O. Bulatao that letter proposal of
COMNET Management Corporation is acceptable to the Municipality;
WHEREAS, COMNET Management Corporation
sent a letter dated November 7, 2011 to Hon. Ryanh M. Dolor, Municipal Mayor
informing that COMNET Management Corporation is amenable to the letter of Hon.
Ryanh M. Dolor, Municipal Mayor dated November 3, 2011;
WHEREAS, relative thereto the
undersigned formally request for the passage/ approval of another resolution
regarding this matter;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS
HEREBY RESOLVED that draft Resolution No. 12-04-510, authorizing Hon. Ryanh
M. Dolor, Municipal Mayor to negotiate, enter into, sign and execute enabling
documents with COMNET based on the letter dated October 17, November. 3, and
November.7 all of year 2011 be approved by the Sangguniang Bayan Members, this

WHEREAS: Hon. Ryanh M. Dolor, Municipal
mayor send a letter request to Hon. Juan M. Magboo, Vice Mayor and SB Presiding
Officer through Mr. Ferdinand M. Agena, SB Secretary dated March 28, 2012 about
Draft Resolution No. 12-04-513;
WHEREAS: the Local chief Executive
appreciated very much the approval of Ordinance No. 12-03-0042 which would be
submitted to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas in compliance with their opinion
on the monetary and balance of payments implications of our loan with the DBP;
WHEREAS, in relation the above
statement, the BSP also required a resolution authorizing the Local Chief
Executive to execute a waiver letter on the confidentiality of information on
the municipality’s deposit investment and other transactions of the Local
Government unit with the DBP and other bank financial institutions;
WHEREAS, attached herewith is a sample
of waiver letter tobe submitted by the local chief executive to the BSP;
WHEREAS, relative thereto the
undersigned respectfully request for the passage / approval of a resolution
regarding this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE AS IT IS
HEREBY RESOLVED that Draft resolution No. 12-04-514, Authorizing the Local
Chief Executive to execute a waiver letter on the confidentiality of
information on the Municipality’s deposit investment and other transactions of

WHEREAS, it was declared the policy of
the local government to promote peace, order and security within the
territorial bounds of this municipality, to ensure the safety, health,
well-being of all Bauangueños at all times; inside and outside their own
dwellings;
WHEREAS, it is the duty of the
citizenry to do whatever they can to help promote peace and order in our
hometown;
WHEREAS, an Ordinance for the
cooperation and participation of the business sector and the local government
was approved for this purpose;
WHEREAS, the Office of the Local Chief
Executive had drafted the rules for proper and sufficient implementation of the
Ordinance at hand;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS
HEREBY RESOLVED, that the implementing Rules and Regulations for the
Ordinance Requiring all Commercial, Industrial and Educational Establishments
to Install within their respective Facilities Closed Circuit Television Cameras
(CCTV) be approved.
